First a few General Shots, then on to the individual pictures!

YES! We believe that several have blue eyes!
And it's time to start some gruel for the kids! Of course they wear as much as they eat! For the little "food face" the red eye removal didn't work so well.

Just Born - November 9
A Tired but content Mama Winnie

Below are the Individual Puppy Pictures. They were born today, November 9, 2010
They are grouped by gender and most include 2 photos (face & body). Also noted is their "color" and birth weight. The color refers to the color of nail polish placed on 2 of their toes to identify them easily. No special plan or pattern to the colors, just what I picked up for that puppy.
They won't open their eyes for about 2 weeks so we still don't know what we have for eye color yet. Hearing is at about 2 weeks, teeth at 3 weeks. You probably won't recognize them in a couple weeks, except for their coat markings, as their faces will continue to develop over the next few weeks. At about 3 - 4 weeks you'll be able to see their features and what they will ultimately look like.
For a look at Hemi developing, check out the photos page: Our Pack and scroll to the bottom. His photos start at about 3 weeks of age (by himself) and 4 weeks (being held) and progress from there. The pups below look just like they should at birth, for those of you who are wondering why they don't look like Winnie or Hemi yet. Just give it some time.
Also, for those of you who are not already on the waiting list, we believe that all 8 of these pups are spoken for, but we are accepting people for our waiting list for the next litter(s). We do not currently have an expected date for our next litter. But please stay tuned for updates!
Oh and by the way, Allan is holding the pups and his hands are so large it's very hard to find glvoes to fit him. Something like XXL and sometimes they're too small. So if the pups really small, it's the hands, not the pups :) You can get a better idea of size by the picture above with Winnie.
Individual Pups at Birth
In case you're wondering, yes, the colors have changed. We had to find a new way to ID them and have collars that will correspond.
