Please click on the link to the Puppy Application that everyone who purchases a puppy from us must complete. Completing and submitting this application will reserve your place on the Waiting List. Our price includes a spay/neuter refund of up to $100, Registration Papers for all 3 registries, a beautiful SID Pedigree, Instructional Material and the cost of the Health Certificate, unless the puppy will be transported to another country, which may require additional paperwork and costs.
